EDMONDS — TRInternational, Inc. (TRI), a leading distributor of chemicals and raw materials, is proud to announce the appointment of Marjalena M.F. Santos as the company’s first Vice President of Operations. In her new role, Ms. Santos is responsible for TRI’s daily Operations, overseeing Diversity and Government bid programs, Human Resources, Compliance, Information Technology, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Ms. Santos brings a breadth of knowledge to the VP role gained through the range of positions she has held at TRI, including Finance Intern, Customer Service Representative, Executive Assistant, Compliance Manager, and Human Resources Director.
Santos states, “I am grateful for my 16 years of service at TRI and excited for the opportunity to move to the next level with the top members of our management team. TRI is a world-class organization and I am honored to take on my new role. We have assembled a talented group of people and I look forward to adding continued value on the operational side of the business.”
This move will result in a more efficient and accessible leadership structure at TRI, where the team will be well-served by Ms. Santos’ skills as a strong communicator and ambassador for TRI excellence.
