Tell us about your role at Catalynt:
I am responsible for Catalynt’s daily Operations, overseeing Diversity and Government bid programs, Human Resources, Compliance, Information Technology, Marketing and Customer Service. I assist in managing the mood of the organization, help set the standards for our culture and provide development training for all departments.
About your education or work experience:
About your education or work experience: My education at Seattle University embraced a foundation in the development of the whole person. I was taught the significance of being a well-rounded individual and I believe this characteristic has added to my success at work. My roles at Catalynt have been multifaceted and have provided me with daily opportunities to learn new skills, gain knowledge, work in teams with diverse personalities and help in the professional development of others. My education and on the job experience have directly prepared me for my current role within the organization.
What sort of hobbies do you have? OR How do you typically spend your leisure time?
My hobbies include playing slow-pitch softball, crocheting, hiking, crafting, and singing. In my leisure time I enjoy game nights, dinner parties, journaling, road trips, and travel.
What is your favorite thing about working at Catalynt?
I truly enjoy being a part of our organization and can’t name just one favorite thing. There are so many wonderful qualities that have kept me at Catalynt for more than 15 years; our culture, our leadership, and our team. They are all interconnected and are the foundation of what makes Catalynt a world class organization.
What would you like people to know about you?
Every year I honor my grandmother’s tradition of making homemade tamales on Christmas Eve.
Other than appearance, what is the first thing that people notice about you?
My self-expression, I am an animated speaker who uses my hands to communicate.

What advice would you give your younger-self if you met you as a kid?
Keep working hard, keep hustling, keep following your gut AND don’t forget to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Life is about balance and it’s ok to play as hard as you work. You only get one life, stay present and live every moment to the fullest. Good things await you!
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would really love to learn how to woodwork. I am an avid crafter and would love to add to my repertoire of skills. Being able to create artwork and crafts in their entirety would be wonderful.
