Encouraging words and a reminder for all from our CEO & Owner, Megan Gluth-Bohan while speaking with the team at Women in Chemicals:
1. Never assume that because you are only one of a few women in a room that you are not wanted/welcome there.
2. Do the work. There is never a substitute anywhere for hard work.
3. This industry offers so many great opportunities. I have met some of the finest men and women professionals in the chemical space.
4. Mentor, mentor, mentor… No matter who you are- help another woman up that ladder with you!
