TRInternational, Inc. (TRI Chemicals), a global chemical distributor, welcomes Brian Riverman, as TRI’s West Coast Regional Sales Representative.
A new dynamic-duo is sweeping the West Coast with two-times the Riverman. Brian Riverman, the son of our West Coast Regional Sales Manager and 15-year TRI veteran, Joe Riverman, will be joining us from our Seattle, WA global headquarters. It’s an exciting time for TRI as we begin our 23rd year of business to host another father-son regional team and see the invaluable skills and knowledge be shared. The future of our West Coast regional team is flourishing and with Brian on the team, we will continue the focus on surveying and solving customer needs.
TRI’s West Coast Regional Sales Manager, Joe Riverman says “It has been a tremendous experience teaching and mentoring our newest West Coast Sales Representative, Brian Riverman. Since joining the team in July, Brian has been very eager to learn the plethora of complexities and nuances of the chemical distribution industry. It is a pleasure working with him on a daily basis and watching his understanding of the business incrementally grow each day.
Brian is my son and I take personal pride in seeing his professional growth within the industry as he works with myself and our world-class team here at TRInternational. Prior to TRI, Brian served on Active Duty in the US Army from 2003-2017 as an Air Defense Officer. During that time he had the opportunity to serve in a plethora of positions from Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Operations Officer, Commander, and ROTC Instructor. He worked all over the continental U.S. as well as several countries in Southwest Asia and says “These tremendous experiences taught me how to excel as an individual and a team member in a diverse and complex operating environment.”
When asked about his first experiences here at TRI, Brian says “I have received a very warm welcome since joining the Team-TRI this past summer. I have learned a great deal from Joe Riverman and all the highly experienced TRI team members. Joe has 40 years of experience within the industry and the personal mentorship he has provided me has been tremendously valuable. Being brand new to the industry I personally strive to learn as much as possible on a daily basis. The opportunity to work with a plethora of diverse professionals in a global market place is extremely exciting and rewarding. I hope to continue to learn, develop and contribute to this world-class organization in the coming years.”
