Catalynt Solutions is proud to announce the promotion of Chris Karber to Vice President of Sales, effective Monday, February 17, 2025.
Chris brings nearly 15 years of experience with Catalynt, having started at Catalynt (formerly TRInternational, Inc.) in February 2010 as a Business Development Manager before becoming Regional Sales Director in August 2013. Over the course of his career, Chris has established himself as a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the chemical industry, a strategic mindset, and a relentless commitment to delivering value to both his team and customers.
Chris started his career in Chemical Engineering after graduating from the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Business Economics. He transitioned into chemical sales in 2005 and now has 20 years of valuable experience in business development, outside sales, market analysis, and product line management, making him uniquely qualified to lead Catalynt’s sales organization.
In his new role, Chris will lead Catalynt’s national sales team, refining strategies and driving growth across all industries and markets. His leadership style is built on fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment where team members are empowered to achieve success and exceed their goals. Reflecting on his promotion, Chris said: “Stepping into this leadership role is an incredible honor.
