Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Drive new business development through prospecting, relationship building, and solution selling
- Manage regional sales accounts across several industries, for both industrial chemicals and specialty ingredients
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records (customer notes, opportunities, follow-ups)
- Provide timely and accurate price quotations (written and verbal)
- Collaborate closely with operations, purchasing, and customer service teams
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets
- Travel within the assigned region for face-to-face customer meetings, site visits, and account development
- Represent Catalynt at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to build relationships and identify opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in chemical sales with proven track record of growing accounts
- Strong product and application knowledge in chemicals, additives, or specialty ingredients
- High-level computer proficiency (Excel, CRM systems, Outlook, and other business tools)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel regionally as needed

Hours & Details:
- 40 hours per week
- Standard office hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (with flexibility based on regional travel)
- Salary: $55,000 – $125,000 DOE
- Commissions: Uncapped Commissions based on business generated
